(1) Aerogel insulation pad: Mainly used between battery cells and modules. It uses aerogel beads as the fireproof and insulation core material, and is encapsulated with films or coatings. It is a composite product with buffering function. It can be assembled between battery cells and modules, effectively preventing heat diffusion.

(2) Expanding fireproof coating: Mainly used in aluminum PACKs, etc. It is a two-component solvent-free epoxy fireproof coating. It is applied to the surface of irregular substrates and expands and carbonizes when exposed to fire to form a fire-resistant and heat-insulating layer. It can be applied to aluminum PACKs and other parts to improve their fire resistance.

(3) Aerogel fireproof blanket: Mainly used in module PACKs and body floor areas. It uses aerogel felt as the fireproof insulation layer, and is combined with fiberglass cloth and other materials. It is a large-area fireproof and insulation product. The product can be used in module PACKs and body floor areas, delaying the spread of battery flames and protecting personnel safety.

(4) Fireproof insulation composite strip: Mainly used on the outside of modules. It is a high-temperature-resistant fireproof insulation material composed of ceramicized silicone rubber and fiberglass cloth. It can be applied to the outside of modules to solve the insulation failure problem of battery packs under high temperatures.

(5) Aerogel foam: Mainly used in vehicle electronics, battery packs, etc. It is an elastic foam material composed of aerogel and organic materials. The product has outstanding heat insulation performance, is thin and flexible, and can be used for heat insulation or insulation in various parts such as vehicle electronics, battery packs, etc.
